Thanksgiving Succes!

I'm happy to report my first attempt at a big turkey dinner was amazing.  I was a bit nervous, but with the help of my mom, dad, and brother, everything came out perfect.  After a nostalgic holiday meal we all reflect on what we are thankful for.  Most of all I'm thankful for my family, my support system.  Also my dear friends, I love you all!  I wanted to share a few pictures I took yesterday.
An overnight brine was all that was needed for the best tasting moist turkey around ;)

Today my family and I are just relaxing and taking down Thanksgiving garb. Then happily putting up the outdoor Christmas lights.  I did some shopping this morning and am very happy with my good deals.  I will need to be undergoing a serious cleanse after Christmas! My turkeytatoecoma is legit!
